All SecureGenTools services are currently free of charge. This refund policy will apply to future premium features and subscriptions, if introduced.

1. General Refund Policy

At SecureGenTools, we strive to provide high-quality security tools and services. If you are not satisfied with a paid service or premium feature, we offer the following refund terms:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund for premium subscriptions canceled within 14 days of purchase
  • Pro-Rated Refunds: Available for annual subscriptions canceled after 14 days (minus usage period)
  • One-Time Purchases: Refund available within 7 days if service not accessed

2. Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • The service did not work as described
  • You experienced technical issues that we could not resolve
  • You canceled within the applicable refund period
  • You did not violate our Terms of Service

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services used beyond the refund period
  • Accounts suspended for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted purchases (unless required by law)
  • Third-party services or integrations

4. How to Request a Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No charges will occur after cancellation
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund (see refund policy above)
